Terms & Conditions

By booking services with 828 Picnics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Reservations & Payments

A reservation is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received. Full payment terms and due dates will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations submitted at least 3 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund, capped at a maximum of $100, at the sole discretion of 828 Picnics.

Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, 828 Picnics reserves the right to reschedule or modify services as necessary.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring appropriate behavior of all guests during the event. Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Setup & Cleanup

Our team will coordinate setup and cleanup times as agreed upon during booking. Clients and guests must respect all venue rules and property regulations.

Liability

828 Picnics is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages occurring during the event except where required by law.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, photos taken during events may be used by 828 Picnics for promotional and marketing purposes.

Changes to Terms

828 Picnics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
